Why am I being asked to submit a Submission Code?
As you well know, spam is a huge problem on the internet. Spammers have also been creating programs to automatically fill out forms on the internet to deliver their spam.
A submission code is a random code that is generated at the time the Internet form is displayed to the user. This code is displayed as an image rather than text so these spam programs can not read the text on the page or in the underlying HTML code. By requiring the user to enter the submission code in the form, it requires actual human interaction to read the random code and then enter it thus prohibiting these automated submission programs by the spammers.
